"Sizing was way off tbh"
These shoes ended up fitting way too tight on me, sadly. I was hoping they'd work out, but the sizing just felt off imo.

"I was happy with these..."
I was happy with these shoes when they first arrived, and they looked fine out of the box. But after just a few runs, the soles started coming apart, which is really disappointing. I expected them to last a lot longer, and I feel like an apology would be fair for how quickly they wore out.

"Shipping just felt way too slow"
The shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was mostly just guessing where my order was. I don’t know, it just gave me a bad feeling about the whole process.

"Support got back quick"
I reached out to support with a question and they got back to me quick. It did take one follow-up to fully sort out the issue, but in end it was fine and they helped me with what I needed.

"Return was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I ordered a pair that didn’t fit, so I figured returning them would be straightforward, like it usually is with other stores. But this ended up being a whole hassle. Emails took days to get answered, different people told me different things, and weeks later I still hadn’t gotten my refund. I had to follow up more than once just to get anywhere. Compared to other places I’ve returned items to, this was really disappointing. I don’t think I’d order from them again.
